Our flexible approach enables us to supply our products in a wide range of options covering: size, shape, ply, fill weight, gauze density, x-ray detectability, bulk packaging and different types of packaging, etc.

The dressings prepared by Pharmelite not only comply with the requirements of the European, American and other Pharmacopoeia but are also, thanks to their characteristics, able to lighten the daily work of medical and nursing personnel.

To this end, we even have our own factory, located in the cotton-growing area of China, and are also in possession of advanced technologies to make it one of the most efficient in the industry.

Production policy is aimed at keeping all processes under control in order to ensure a high, uniform quality level in the products. The entire factory is characterized by a high level of hygiene. A major part of the production process is effected by means of automatic machines of the very latest concepts and technology. Our Quality Control Laboratory is equipped with reliable, high precision apparatus and is staffed by qualified technical personnel capable of conducting all the tests established by all the official Pharmacopoeia. As a result, it is possible to certify the quality of each of our production batches.

The production areas are without direct communication with the outside. Access is viable exclusively through an inter-block system. Supporting facilities (power network, air and water lines) are positioned in such a way so as to avoid creating contamination in the case of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work. The walls, floor and ceiling are smooth and free of corners and joints to allow for easy cleaning and to reduce to a minimum the possibility of accumulation of dust.

Production personnel are periodically subjected to clinical examination, as well as continuous training. It is compulsory to wear clean room clothings in the production areas. No exceptions to this rule are permitted for either visitors or employees. Production hygiene is controlled by a bacteriological laboratory through sampling of both raw and finished product materials.

The packaging system developed by us allows for maximum ease of storage, moving and distribution. At the same time, it maintains a high standard of hygiene.
